Meet The MOPS UK & Ireland Volunteer Team

MOPS Volunteer Staff 2016

The MOPS UK and Ireland Volunteer Team work hard to keep MOPS groups connected across England, Northern Ireland, Ireland, Scotland and Wales.  They organise the annual MOPS UK weekend conference and provide regular regional  training for MOPS teams as well as encouraging new groups to start.

The team are Jane Whitehorn, Emma Dawson, Victoria Mason, Blathnaid Ring, Catriona Anderson, and Isla Monk.  We believe that MOPS is for every mother of preschoolers – it’s an open door to every community.  MOPS meets the needs of EVERY mum, whether she lives in the country or town, mums of every age, ethnic background and lifestyle.

MOPS grows leaders!  MOPS provides a place for women to grow as leaders by working with one another.  Jane, Emma, Victoria, Blathnaid, Catriona & Isla have developed their leadership roles within local MOPS groups over the years, and now their passion to see MOPS grow in the UK and Ireland has led them into volunteering on the MOPS team.
